By accessing and using the ISD Lab event registration platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Registration & Accounts

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.

• Each user is allowed only one primary account.
• Unauthorized use of another user's account is strictly prohibited.
• ISD Lab reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Event Participation

Participation in events is subject to specific rules and guidelines provided for each individual competition or workshop.

• Team sizes must adhere to the limits specified for each event.
• Participants must behave professionally and ethically during all events.
• Any form of cheating or plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.

4. Payments & Refunds

Registration fees are processed through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the payment processor.

Refund Policy: Fees are generally non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by ISD Lab. In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, please contact our support team within 48 hours.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ISD Lab and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their original project submissions but grant ISD Lab a non-exclusive license to showcase their work for promotional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

ISD Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or participation in any hosted events.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
